Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with designers, product owners, and data analysts to implement new features.
  • Be proactive and innovative to scale and mature the platform and its processes, and adapt to emerging technologies.
  • Adhere to best practices in code reviews, design patterns, architecture, and quality assurance.
  • Engage with customers to innovate and build solutions that enhance their success with our platform and their business.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment and switch contexts as needed.
  • Maintain and improve the codebase for reliability, performance, and scalability.
  • Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.

Strongly Preferred Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years with enterprise software.
  • Expertise in developing scalable web applications.
  • Proficiency in React, Node.js, Typescript, and related technologies.
  • Experience with AWS or other cloud computing platforms.
  • Knowledge of deploying applications via CI/CD pipelines and provisioning infrastructure as code.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.


Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of security best practices and principles.
  • Experience in data manipulation, wrangling, and analysis.
  • Basic understanding of Python and libraries like Pandas and NumPy for numeric operations on large datasets.
